Data We Collect

We collect your name, email, phone number, and payment identifiers (UPI VPA, Paytm number) solely to operate your account, process withdrawals, and comply with applicable Indian financial regulations. Nothing more is retained.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which pages load slowly on mobile. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser; session cookies are required for the account to function.

Account Security

Passwords are stored using one-way hashing. We enforce two-factor authentication via SMS OTP for any withdrawal request above a threshold we set in the security settings panel. Your session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Retention Schedule

Active account data is retained for as long as your account is open. After you close your account, we hold transaction records for the period required by Indian tax and financial reporting law, then delete the remainder.

Yes. Access depends entirely on the law in your state or territory. We do not override local regulation. Check whether online gaming of this type is permitted where you live before opening an account — the decision is yours to make.

Email our policy team with the subject line 'Data Access Request' and include your registered email address. We compile and send your data summary within 15 calendar days of receiving the verified request. No charge applies.

You can request deletion of personal data at any time. We will delete what we are permitted to under Indian law. Transaction records required for tax or regulatory compliance are held for the legally mandated period before deletion.

Payment identifiers like your UPI VPA or Paytm number are removed from active systems on account closure. Anonymised transaction logs required for financial reporting are retained separately and cannot be used to re-identify you after deletion.

Analytics cookies can be disabled in your browser settings without affecting your account. Session cookies are necessary for login and withdrawals to work. Disabling session cookies will prevent you from accessing your account dashboard entirely.

Any dispute is first raised through our internal support process — live chat or a helpdesk ticket. Unresolved matters are subject to the jurisdiction and governing law stated in the full terms document, which you can download from your account settings.

We review terms at least once a year and whenever regulation requires it. Changes are emailed to your registered address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the account after that date means you accept the updated terms.
